I love Bottlebrush fermented food. It’s spicy, zingy, delicious, and yes smelly but that’s part of the charm! It actually fizzes when you open the jar which is reassuring when you are looking for a living culture of gut bacteria. I recommend starting slowly and building up your body’s acceptance of this. I eat it with everything and at any time of the day.

A word of caution – I do believe in taking a break for a few days and trying something new but I always come back to Bottlebrush.
