Tasty dip made with Avocados, super simple and easy

Servings: 4
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 10 g Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 Spring onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic, clove peeled and crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Organic cold pressed Olive oil
How to make
  1. Scoop out the flesh of the Avocados into a bowl

  2. Add all the remaining ingredients

  3. Using a fork, smash the avocado and mix everything together

  4. Serve as an accompaniment to any meal, eat on its own as a snack, add to boiled eggs to make Avo-Egg Mayonnaise
